The purpose is simple: answer “Is Santa real?” directly and keep the North Pole, sleigh, elves, reindeer, and Christmas Eve magic intact. Every child-facing page gives the same confident yes.
No replacement answer
Santa is not recast as someone a child knows.
The dedicated answer to “Is Santa my parents?” is no. The site does not suggest that Santa is a parent, relative, friend, babysitter, or any other familiar person. Santa is Santa.
Safety by design
No child profile is needed.
- No names, ages, addresses, accounts, or child email addresses.
- No free-text chat or message submission in this release.
- No personalized advertising, remarketing, or donation prompts on child-facing pages.
- Interactive choices stay in the browser and are not submitted.
- No Google tag or analytics data transfer before a grown-up opts in.

Grown-up privacy choice
Google Analytics is off unless a grown-up turns it on.
The child-facing site works completely without Google Analytics. A grown-up may allow optional Google Analytics measurement to help improve the site. Advertising storage, personalized advertising, remarketing, Google Signals, precise location, and user-provided data stay off either way.
